✅ Warranty Coverage
Game Console BD offers warranty coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Game Console BD.

In-store purchases: Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

Online orders: Warranty begins from the date of delivery.
Note: Warranty terms and durations vary depending on the product. Customers are advised to review the warranty details before making a purchase.
🔁 Replacement Warranty
During the warranty period, Game Console BD will replace products or components that are defective due to manufacturing issues — at no cost.
Not Covered:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, water or liquid exposure, fire, or any external cause.

Physical damage or unauthorized repairs.
🛠️ Service Warranty
Service warranty only applies to labor provided by Game Console BD’s authorized technicians.

It does not include parts or materials — customers are responsible for the cost of these.

The warranty is void if the product is repaired by an unauthorized party.
💸 Refund Policy
If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for a product covered under warranty, we will accept a return and issue a full refund.
Please note:
All other sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless covered under warranty and replacement is unavailable.
📦 Warranty Claim Process

In-store customers: Must bring the product to our store at their own expense.

Online customers:

We will send a replacement via courier.

The customer must return the original product to the delivery agent during exchange.

Game Console BD will bear the courier charges.

Replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days after we confirm the warranty claim.

Important: If any irregularities are found in the warranty claim, we reserve the right to retrieve the product for further inspection at our office.
